How to Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:

Email Request

Full name associated with the account
Email address used for registration
Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Brief description of what data you want deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

✅ Account Data: Login credentials and authentication tokens
✅ Application Data: Any information you provided through our service
✅ Analytics Data: Usage patterns and behavioral data (where identifiable)
✅ Communication Records: Emails and messages exchanged with our support team

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain:

📋 Legal Compliance: Data required by law (tax records, etc.)
🔒 Security Logs: Anonymized security and fraud prevention data
📊 Aggregated Analytics: De-identified statistical information
💼 Financial Records: Transaction history (anonymized after 7 years)

Processing Timeline

Immediate: Account access is disabled within 24 hours
7 Days: Most personal data is deleted from active systems
30 Days: Complete removal from all systems and backups
60 Days: Final verification that all data has been purged

Facebook Platform Data

If you connected through Facebook Login:

We’ll delete all data we obtained from Facebook
Revoke app access: Visit Facebook Apps Settings to remove our app
Facebook data: Contact Facebook directly for data they store independently

Important Notes

⚠️ Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

⚠️ Account recovery will not be possible after deletion

⚠️ Any active subscriptions or services will be cancelled

⚠️ If you have outstanding obligations, deletion may be delayed

Verification Requirements
